1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, creating an order, or otherwise using Turstbook, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the website.

2. Products We Sell

Turstbook is an online bookstore. The products offered on our website include:

• Physical books — brand-new paperback and hardcover titles across genres such as Fiction, Mystery & Thriller, Romance, Sci-Fi & Fantasy, Classics and Non-Fiction.
• eBooks — digital editions (PDF / ePub) delivered to your email as a download link after purchase.
• Curated book combos / bundles — multiple titles sold together at a bundle price.

Product images are for representation. Actual covers, editions or print runs may vary slightly. We try to keep stock and pricing accurate but do not warrant that every listing is error-free; we may correct errors, update prices, or cancel an order placed against an incorrect listing (with a full refund where payment was taken).

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, current and complete information (name, contact number, email and a correct shipping address) at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
• Use the website only for lawful purposes and not to defraud, disrupt or misuse the service.
• Keep your account and order details confidential.
• eBooks are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only. Copying, reselling, sharing or redistributing eBook files is strictly prohibited.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Full payment is required at the time of placing an order. Payments are processed through secure, RBI-compliant third-party payment gateways (such as PhonePe / Razorpay) supporting UPI, debit/credit cards, net-banking and wallets. Turstbook does not collect or store your full card details on its servers.

5. Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Delivery of physical books is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and replacements are governed by our Return Policy, and cancellations and refunds by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please note that eBooks and digital downloads are non-returnable and non-refundable once the download link has been delivered.

6. Intellectual Property

The Turstbook name, logo, website design, graphics and original content are owned by Zayra khan (proprietor) and may not be copied, reproduced or reused without prior written permission. The literary content of the books and eBooks we sell remains the intellectual property of the respective authors and publishers; your purchase grants you a personal reading licence only and does not transfer any copyright.

7. Limitation of Liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the website available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Turstbook shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this website, delays in delivery caused by couriers or events beyond our control, or third-party services. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

8. Third-Party Links & Services

Our website relies on third-party services such as payment gateways, courier partners, and email/SMS providers, and may contain links to external sites. We are not responsible for the content, security or policies of those third parties; please review their terms separately.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the website or your purchase shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably by contacting our support team. Failing that, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
